We will be performing maintenance on our US(Denver) data center on October 14th-15th, 2022. No new meetings will be started in the Denver data center after 12:00PM MT (11AM Pacific) on October 14th. However, if any meetings started in the Denver data center are still ongoing at 12:00AM MT on October 15th(11PM Pacific October 14), they will be ended and can be manually restarted in a different data center. If you obtain Zoom through one of our carrier partners leveraging Telephony Service Provider (TSP) integration, no new TSP connections will be started in the DV data center after 12:00PM MT (11AM Pacific) on October 14th. However, at 12:00AM MT on October 15th(11PM Pacific October 14), any TSP connections started in the DV data center that have been running for over 12 hours will be ended and can be manually restarted in a different data center. Zoom Phone users registered to the Denver data center will be automatically registered in an alternative datacenter starting at 6:00PM Mountain Time (5PM Pacific) on October 14th. During the maintenance window, a brief disconnection may be experienced and notifications may be missed. If you get disconnected, the system will attempt to reconnect you automatically. If you are a BYOC (Bring Your Own Carrier) customer, please ensure that your Session Border Controller (SBC) is configured with alternate routing to Zoom’s San Jose data center in addition to the Denver data center. During the maintenance window, connectivity to Zoom’s Denver data center will be blocked which will force calls from the Session Border Controller (SBC) to failover to Zoom’s San Jose data center. Traffic will continue to be routed through the Zoom Denver data center once the maintenance is completed.

We will be posting the Poly Trio 7.2.3 update for Trio 8500 and 8800 devices and Poly Trio 7.3.1 update for Trio C60 devices being used as Zoom Rooms Controllers and configured to use trio.zoom.us provisioning server (as described at https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360000894723-Using-a-Polycom-Trio-as-a-Zoom-Room-Controller). Trios being used as Zoom Rooms Controllers will automatically poll the trio.zoom.us provisioning server once per day at a random time between the hours of 12:00am - 06:00am in their configured timezone. Once they contact the provisioning server, they will refresh their provisioning information and be instructed to download the update, install and reboot. After rebooting, the Trio will be updated to its new software; the Poly Trio 7.2.3 software for Poly Trio 8500 and 8800 contains the Zoom Rooms Android Controller 5.11.0 application, and the Poly Trio 7.3.1 software for Poly Trio C60 contains the Zoom Rooms Android Controller 5.10.3 application. The Zoom Rooms Android Controller will retain its configuration and automatically pair to its configured Zoom Room.
